If so, contact me about a session and start your healing journey. Reiki and Seichim are energy healing modalities that work holistically – on the body, mind and spirit. I offer intuitive sessions that are customized to your specific needs. People use Reiki - Seichim to relax and strengthen their well-being; reduce pain, anxiety, and fatigue; support recovery after injuries or surgery and more. Sessions are performed over Zoom. Sessions focus on a variety of areas. We begin with promoting your well-being through peaceful, restoring flow, releasing and balancing the energy within you. Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation/Reschedule Policy Last updated August 17, 2020 Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 12-hour notice. Our Policy: • If you must cancel your appointment, please log on to the HolisticLifeDelaware.com website 12 hours before your scheduled appointment and cancel and/or reschedule. • If you are unable to cancel or reschedule your appointment online, you may contact me at anna@HolisticLifeDelaware.com. Please provide your name, appointment date and time you wish to cancel. We will respond as soon as possible. • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accommodate that appointment. We will do our very best to support the rescheduling of your appointment.
