I am a  Certified Holistic Nutritionist. I received my certification from the Energetic Institute. I also hold a Wholistic Nutrition Practitioner certification though the BodyMind Institute.

I am a Shaman that apprenticed under The Medicine Woman's School of Holistic Studies & Healing Services and The Urban Shaman.

I have multiple certifications through the BodyMind Institute that include cleansing, gardening, meal and food preparations.
